6614 Thermocouple

Thermocouple Technology, the ends of two different conductive wires are joined by welding. The junction is called the hot spot and the two open ends are called the cold point or reference point.

In proportion to the difference between these two points, the thermoelectric voltage or Seebeck voltage also provides a voltage of mV levels that allows thermocouples to be widely used in temperature measurement.

Thermocouples are operated depending on heat control devices.
